rally-for-mojahedin150NCRI – On its front page, the Washington Times published a picture of the families and friends of the Iranian opposition members the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) residing in Ashraf City Iraq outside the local office of the America Red Cross in Washington.

The participants call on the Red Cross officials to prevent a possible handover of the residents' protection from the US military to Iraq.

Iran: Mullahs say they have launched a satellite into space

mullah-rocket150NCRI - Brig. Gen. Mostafa Mohammad Najar, mullahs' defense minister, said, "Iran launched its first domestically made satellite into space" the official news agency IRNA reported on Sunday.

"Omid (hope) satellite was launched on Sunday using the Safir (ambassador) satellite-carrier rocket," IRNA said, quoting a statement from the Iranian regime's defense ministry.

Iran: Kiyan-tire factory workers still on strike

kiyan-tire150NCRI – After a month of new round of strikes by the Kiyan-tire factory workers the mullahs' hand picked management refuses to give in to their demands of paying what the company owes them in salary and benefits.

The protesters again gathered on the factory grounds burning used tires to get the attention of commuters on Tehran-Saveh highway on Friday.

Iran: More than 400 workers walked out over unpaid wages in Qazvin

iran-workers150NCRI – More than 400 workers at Farnakh textile factory walked out over their unpaid salaries and wages for the past three month in the western city of Qazvin.
 
The part time and full time workers have not been paid for good part of the current Iranian calendar year starting March 21.

Qods Force is training hit squads in Iran

Associated Press, on Friday published a report of "hit squads" being trained in four Iranian cities – quoting a US intelligence officer- by both the Qods Force and Lebanese Hezbollah. It is good news that the mullahs' plans to export well trained terrorists -- the US army called them "special group criminals" – to Iraq for carrying out a variety of terrorist operations are exposed.

Iran: Four other teenagers in danger of execution

executions-iran150NCRI – In the latest string of hanging juveniles in the mullahs' Iran, there are three new teenagers awaiting their turn to face gallows. Reza Hajzadeh has allegedly committed a crime when he was only 13.

He spent five years among common criminals in a maximum security prison in Tehran. Seyed Vahid Mousavi was 17 at the time of the alleged crime and now is in line to face gallows soon in the notorious Gohardasht prison, 40 kilometer west of Tehran. The third teen is Benyamen Rasouli, also held in Gohardasht; he was 16 at the time of the alleged crime.

Iran: A prisoner hanged in Zahedan

The EU strongly censured the Iranian regime for hanging sentence of Amir Amrollahi, a young man, for alleged crimes committed when he was a minor.
