Ali Asghar Asadi, deputy commander of Public Security of the State Security Forces (SSF) – mullahs' suppressive police-- announced that "SSF SWAT" teams will have a fifty percent growth in numbers to combat what he called "thugs and hooligans," reported the state-run news agency Fars on Tuesday. |

NCRI - A 34-year-old woman identified only by her first name as Shabnam is scheduled to be executed on August 13, reported the state-run daily Etemaad on Tuesday. Shabnam allegedly killed her husband in a domestic dispute. She has already spent three years in prison, the report said. |

NCRI – The US troops captured nine members of a "pro-Iranian" group in a predominantly Sunni area of the Iraqi capital, the AFP quoted a US military statement on Tuesday.
"Intelligence sources led coalition forces to the location of a suspected Kataib Hezbollah associate believed to be in control of at least one terrorist cell" operating in the southern city of Basra, the statement added. |

NCRI - The mullahs' regime introduced on Monday a new suppressive force for what it called "help restoring order in the gas stations" in case of potential public protests.
"With assistance from the Oil Ministry, in enforcing the law and order, we will use Bassij personnel to help police the gas stations. The new measure will go into effect in 10 days time," the state-run news agency Fars quoted Colonel Hadi Hashemi, chief of the traffic violation in the State Security Forces (SSF) – mullahs' suppressive police -- in greater Tehran. |

NCRI – The State Security Forces (SSF) -- mullahs' suppressive police –enforcing the so-called "boosting public security plan" began a massive operation under the pretext of sweeping drug addicts from Laleh Park, one of Tehran's most crowded parks in downtown. The SSF agents crackdown on mostly drug addicts, beating and wounding a number of them. Many were arrested and taken to unknown locations. |

The workers demanded their unpaid salaries and benefits. The State Security Forces (SSF) – mullahs' suppressive police – drove the protesters into a deserted corner of the building to isolate the event. |
