NCRI - Oil in international market rose to $64 on Tuesday after Iranian regime, the world's fourth biggest crude exporter, broke U.N. seals at a nuclear power plant in Natanz.
Oil is $5 a barrel higher since late December, even after a retreat on Monday, driven by renewed tension in the Middle East and a rush of investor money. |

Agence France Presse - The European Union called on Iran Saturday not to resume its nuclear activities as planned next week, saying they would violate resolutions of the UN watchdog International Atomic Energy Agency and jeopardise talks.
A statement issued by current EU president Austria said the bloc "urges Iran not to take this step which would violate both the letter and the spirit of the eight previous resolutions."

NCRI - Iranian regime's chief official for the nuclear file, Ali Larijani, said Wednesday that the regime "will resume research on the nuclear fuel cycle in the next few days and it is not negotiable."
"We have said long before that the matter of research is not part of the negotiation; research has its own meaning and it has nothing to do with producing fuel industrially," mullahs' state television reported.

seek international action against Iran if it resumes nuclear fuel
research.
State Department spokesman Sean McCormack accused the regime of doing a
"bob and weave" in negotiations to persuade them to halt
uranium-enrichment activities that could lead to a nuclear bomb.

The Guardian - The Iranian government has been successfully scouring Europe for the sophisticated equipment needed to develop a nuclear bomb, according to the latest western intelligence assessment of the country's weapons programmes.
Scientists in Tehran are also shopping for parts for a ballistic missile capable of reaching Europe, with "import requests and acquisitions ... registered almost daily", the report seen by the Guardian concludes.
