NCRI - Gregory L. Schulte, the U.S. ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency, told reporters in London on Thursday that six nations seeking to persuade Iranian regime to halt part of its nuclear program should not sweeten their offer to Tehran during talks next week.

Schulte said that the United States won't propose making additional offers to Tehran regime when officials from the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and Germany meet in Shanghai, China, next week.

NCRI - German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier expressed "deep concern" on Wednesday at Ahmadinejad’s remarks that Iranian regime was expanding its nuclear activities.

"Tehran is clearly acting against the will of the United Nations security Council," DPA quoted Mr. Steinmeier.

NCRI - French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner said on Tuesday U.N. sanctions might have to be toughened against Iranian regime if Tehran continues to ignore demands to rein in its nuclear activities and negotiate.

Asked about Iranian regime's announcement that it had begun installing 6,000 new centrifuges at its uranium enrichment plant in Natanz French Foreign Minister told a news conference his reaction was one of "concern and vigilance", adding that attempts to create a dialogue with Tehran had failed so far.

NCRI – Ahmadinejad, Iranian regime's president. announced the start of the installation of 6,000 new centrifuges at Natanz, state-run radio and television reported today.

"Today the process of installing 6,000 advanced centrifuges started ... I will give further details about them tonight," the state-run news agency ISNA quoted Ahmadinejad as saying at Natanz in central Iran.

NCRI - The five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council and Germany plan to meet in April to discuss incentives previously offered to Iranian regime on its nuclear program, U.S. officials said on Monday.

State Department spokesman Sean McCormack couldn't give a date and location for the meeting of the senior diplomats from Britain, China, France, Russia, the United States and Germany.

NCRI – On Saturday, Gholamhossein Elham, Ahmandinjad's spokesman said Iranian regime would press ahead with plans to expand its nuclear program.  He also rejected any idea of halting the nuclear program in return for any new trade, technology and other benefits offered by world powers.

On Thursday, diplomats in Vienna said Tehran was installing advanced centrifuges in Natanz Site, its main uranium enrichment facility.

NCRI- Iranian regime's president said in an interview with Kyodo News published on Friday that he would reject any new incentives offered by world powers in return for suspending nuclear program.

"This is a non-negotiable subject," Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was quoted by Japan's Kyodo News when asked if such incentives carry conditions demanding that Iran suspend its enrichment activities.

Western diplomats with access to intelligence said after an installation pause of several months in Natanz, Iran regime has now introduced more than 300 more centrifuges, some of them improved versions and some the earlier model, the report added.

NCRI - US President Bush in his speech at the NATO leaders’ summit in Romanian capital, on Wednesday referred to security threat imposed by the Iranian regime through its missile and nuclear program.

George Bush said: "The need for missile defense in Europe is real, and in my opinion, it is urgent. Iran is pursuing technology that could be used to produce nuclear weapons, and ballistic missiles of increasing range that could deliver them.
