Today, Interpol confirmed arrest warrants for five senior Iranian regime officials. Reacting to the decision, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, congratulated the Iranian people and the families of the victims of the Iranian regime's terrorist operations across the world for the failure of the mullahs' attempts during the Interpol General Assembly to secure the cancellation of arrest warrants for those officials.

MARRAKECH, Morocco (AP) - Iran lobbied strongly Tuesday to stop Interpol from putting five Iranians and a Lebanese man on its most wanted list.

Iranian envoys to Interpol's annual general assembly were pulling out the stops to convince colleagues. Iran wants the meeting to vote down a recommendation by Interpol's executive panel to issue wanted "red notices" for the six suspects over a 1994 attack on a Jewish community center in Argentina. The bombing killed 85 people.

ABU DHABI (AFP) — A senior US official said Monday he discussed the latest sanctions imposed by Washington against Iran with officials in the United Arab Emirates, which is Tehran's top trading partner.

"We shared with them some further specifics associated with the announcement several days ago" in order to "help them better understand the direction of US policy," Treasury Under Secretary for International Affairs David McCormick told reporters in Abu Dhabi.

Baghdad (FoxNews)- Rockets fired at a U.S. base southeast of Baghdad were manufactured in Iran, showing again that country's continued logistical support for insurgents inside Iraq, U.S. military officials said on Saturday.

Nobody was injured in the October 23rd attack on Combat Outpost Cashe, but one U.S. vehicle was damaged, officials said.

The Revolutionary Guard Corps is being designated by the United States as a proliferator of weapons of mass destruction and the Quds force as a supporter of terrorism.

KABUL (Reuters) - A shipment of hi-tech roadside bombs intercepted in Afghanistan originated in Iran, the commander of NATO-led troops said on Thursday, adding it was hard to believe Tehran's military did not know about the arms.

General Dan McNeill said the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) had scored tactical successes against Taliban rebels in the last year, but more needed to be done to bring security, development and good governance to Afghanistan.
