 NCRI - On Thursday April 19th, Iranians residing in Canada and the
supporters of the Iranian Resistance demonstrated in front of the
Canadian Parliament. They demanded the removal of PMOI from the
terrorist list. In solidarity with the Iranian Resistance, a number of
Canadian members of Parliament, along with political and human rights
figures participated in this protest.

 NCRI - On Wednesday April 18, Iranians and supporters of Resistance
gathered in Paris in front of the French Parliament. They demanded from
the French government to respect the ruling of the European Court of
Justice and take the PMOI name off the terrorist list and not to
undermine law and justice in order to appease the Mullah's regime.
A number of political and human rights dignitaries from France and
Britain as well as some NCRI committee Chairs spoke on this issue.

 NCRI - On Thursday April 19, the Iranian community in London launched
its 22nd day of protest in front of the Foreign Office urging to put an
end to the appeasement policy with mullahs and to abide by the ruling
of the European Court of Justice which removes the People's Mojahedin
of Iran from the EU terror list.
Demonstrators declared their support for the teachers' strike
throughout Iran and paid tribute to their courage. They condemned the
wave of suppression against them and the many arrests they have been
subjected to.

 A petition signed by 15.000 people condemns the decision of the French
government not respecting the ruling of the European Court removing
PMOI from the terror list
NCRI - Hundreds of Iranians and sympathizers of the National Council of
Resistance of Iranian gathered yesterday in Paris to protest against
the refusal of the Council of Ministers of the European Union to
implement the ruling of the European Court of Justice canceling the
designation of PMOI in the terror list. They also condemned the efforts
of the French government in this direction.

 NCRI - The main European capitals these days are the scene of a
campaign launched by the Iranian compatriots and the Resistance's
sympathizers against the European Union which refuses to abide by the
ruling of its own justice, thus violating the rule of law.
