NCRI - Many Italian MPs from different political groups took part in a press conference with a delegation from the Iranian Resistance on 22 March.
 
They presented a document signed by 318 Italian MPs urging their government to abide by the 12 December ruling of the European Court of Justice, removing the People's Mojahedin Organisation of Iran from the list of terrorist organisations.

NCRI - Pursuing their policy of appeasement, some European Union states have told the mullahs they will do their best to maintain the PMOI on the terror list, ignoring the fact that the European Court of Justice stated this to be illegal. They hope this measure will lead to Tehran stopping its nuclear activities.

NCRI - On March 22, hundreds of Iranians and Resistance sympathizers gathered in front of the Dutch Parliament in The Hague. They protested against the EU Council of Ministers' defiance of the ruling of the Court of First Instance which has annulled the inclusion of the People's Mojahedin Organisation of Iran (PMOI) in the EU terrorist list.The demonstrators then marched towards the British embassy, which according to reports is pressing the EU to unlawfully maintain the PMOI in the list.
