Iranians call for removal of the PMOI (MEK) from EU terror list in StrasbourgNCRI - A large number of Iranians residing in France held a rally outside the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Thursday, July 10, and called for rule of law and immediate removal of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) from the EU terror list.

The protestors reiterated that following the United Kingdom decision to remove the PMOI from its list of proscribed organizations on June 23 in compliance with the rulings of the British Courts and the order of the Parliament, maintaining the PMOI in the EU terror list is absolutely unlawful.  The UK government was the only one that sought to include the PMOI in the EU terror list.

Iran: Mullahs station forces in parks to further crackdown on women PDF Print E-mail

National Council of Resistance of IranNCRI - Head of the moral security police of the State Security Forces of the Iranian regime, Brig. Gen. Ahmad Roozbehani, announced on Monday "more security forces will be deployed in parks." He added that 65 to 70 thousands would be used in the new plan against women.

"In big public parks police force will be stationed permanently and in smaller ones security patrols will be active," Roozbehani told state-run media reporters.

NCRI - In a crackdown on Dervishes in Iran, the State Security Force (SSF) -- mullahs’ suppressive police -- leveled Mr. Rahmatollah Javadi’s house on July 5 using municipal bulldozers. Other Dervishes and the residents of Charmhin city in Isfahan, rushed to the area and clashed with the suppressive forces.

Prisoners Hanged in Public in Iran (file photo)NCRI - The mullahs' inhuman regime has hanged three prisoners identified as Hamidreza, Vahid and Reza in Tehran's notorious Evin prison, reported the State-run daily Kargozaran on Thursday. 

The regime on Tuesday hanged a 19-year-old youth identified as Hamidreza Q, 19, in prison in the central city of Isfahan, the state-run television website reported.

Ali Larijani, speaker of the clerical regime's Majlis (parliament) resorted today to blackmail and threats to counter the international community's demand to halt its uranium enrichment activities. Addressing the Western countries he said, "Do not seek to provoke Iran because you may get to a point of no return and lose your chance for negotiation. Your wrong strategies in Iraq, Lebanon and Afghanistan have caused nothing but hatred. With your double standards and deceptions, you are rapidly approaching a strategic deadlock in the region and the final whistle to a lost game is about to be blown."

Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of IranMaryam Rajavi: EU should remove the PMOI from the terrorist list, offer apology and recognize the Iranian Resistance

NCRI - A few hours ago the House of Commons and the House of Lords unanimously voted to remove the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI[MEK]) from the list of proscribed organizations. Therefore, the PMOI is finally out of the list of proscribed organizations in the UK. The order was laid last month by the Home Secretary before both Houses of Parliament on the order of the British Court of Appeal.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, congratulated the people of Iran, the residents of the Ashraf City, all members and supporters of the PMOI and the leader of the Iranian Resistance, Mr. Massoud Rajavi, for today's decision.

Iran: More than 1,300 workers protest in Pars paper mill factory PDF Print E-mail

Workers' protest in IranNCRI - On Saturday morning, more than 1,300 Pars paper mill factory workers walked out and staged a sit-in outside the management office in the southern city of Shoosh. They were protesting to three months of their unpaid salaries and chanted slogans against the factory's management.

Mullahs' regime hand picked management in the factory cut out the power lines to the factory's facility which also houses the families of the striking workers. Considering the scorching heat of Khuzestan Province in the summer, the management tried to pressure the families to make the workers end their walkout.
