Anti-Democratic character of the regime in IranNCRI - After court ruling revoked restrictions imposed on Mrs. Rajavi, the mullahs regime spokesman in a press briefing called Paris Court of Appeal's decision as "unacceptable and a breach of Paris's responsibilities against terrorism and European terrorism laws."   Mr. Mogen Camre Member of European Parliament from Denmark in an open letter said:

"The reaction of Mr. Hamid-Reza Asefi on behalf of the regime in Tehran clearly shows the anti democratic character of the Iranian regime. The French courts are independent bodies in a democracy. On the basis of a very detailed investigation the French Court of Appeal has found the charges against the Mujahedeen-e-Khalq and Mrs. Maryam Rajavi totally unfounded. However, the dictators in Iran believe that democratic France could act like they do, setting all normal justice out of force. "

The regime in Tehran endangers peace in the Middle East. The existence of that regime is contrary to every single idea of the modern world. The sooner it is overthrown the better.
