NCRI - "Dear friends, I would like to express my support for your protest as a member of the European Parliament from Poland," said  Janusz Wojciechowski, Polish member of the European Parliament, in front of 30,000 Iranians demonstrating in Brussels simultaneous with the EU Summit on March 8.

They were urging EU to abide by the ruling of the European Court of Justice to remove the People's Mojahedin organization of Iran from the terrorist list.

"We understand very well what the regime is, we had for a very long time a communist regime but we had the Solidarity movement, like your movement. Solidarity won in Poland and you will win in Iran. Iran will be a country of freedom and democracy. You have all our support," he added.
