NCRI - Sympathizers of the Iranian Resistance in Great-Britain lead their seventh day of protest in front of Downing Street to object to London's refusal to implement the European Court judgement removing the main Iranian opposition group from the list of terrorist organisations.

Demonstrators held placards which read the seizure of 15 British sailors was the direct result of the Western policy of appeasement with the mullahs' regime.

Protesters delivered a letter to the Prime Minister's office signed by 10 Anglo-Iranian associations. By seizing the British sailors, the letter said "the mullahs' regime seeks to obtain more concessions on the nuclear issue, for European states to place pressure on the democratic Iranian opposition and to prevent any measures against its agents in Iraq."

The Iranian community in Great-Britain pleaded for a firm and decisive policy vis-à-vis the mullahs' regime as well as full recognition of the Iranian peoples right to resistance. They further urged the removal of the People's Mojahedin Organisation of Iran from the terrorist list, in accordance with the European Court ruling.
