NCRI- April 29, 2007-Workers of a factory in Shooshtar, the oil rich province of Khoozestan (southwestern Iran) went to Tehran and staged a protest rally in front of Ahmadinejad's office.

The workers protested that they have not received their salaries for the past few months. Not receiving their salaries is a major problem for most of Iranian workers.

The rally in front of Ahmadinejad's office entered its sixth day on April 29. The Islamic Republic Guards Corps attacked the workers and beat them up.
