New details are unfolding on the mullahs' meddling in bloody rival factional fightings in Palestine.

A document leaked out just recently from the Qods Force headquarters in Tehran elaborates how the force is busy meddling in the affairs of that troubled region.

The Qods commanders are trying vehemently to derail the peace process with Israel and by the same token stir unrest among the Palestinians. The force's headquarter in Tehran is planning round the clock now and has just issued new directives for its agents within the Palestinian groups to make as much trouble as possible.

In a specific highly classified order, the force has instructed that its operatives on the ground simultaneous with attacks on Fattah movement should continue with firing of Qassam missiles into the Israeli territories. This is carried out by Hamas forces.

On the other hand, the regime has recommended to Hamas leaders that in their public appearances they should charge up the crowds by stressing on the need for war with Israel.

They should also spread the rumors that the recent fighting between Fattah and Hamas had begun when a few hundred of Fattah men, without necessary coordination, moved to Gaza Strip.

The directive stresses on the need for pointing the finger to the U.S. and Israeli strategic policies in the region for establishing peace between the two nations as the main cause for the new factional fightings. The Hamas officials have been advised to stress on the need for a unity government and one that is void of political and organizational competition. They should be talking about Palestinian goals and ideals instead of focusing on the problems at hand.

By giving such orders, as it is clearly evident, the Qods Force is trying a two-fold plan: one to disarm Fattah politically and secondly to pay the price of its bloody adventures in Palestinian out of the poor and tormented people of those regions' pockets.
