Iran: Mullahs whip three men at metro station |

 NCRI - Iran regime's State Security Forces (SSF) has whipped three men
in public at a metro station in the city of Karaj some 40 km west of
the capital, state-run daily Kayhan reported on Tuesday.
The flagellation for the three was carried out at Karaj metro station in front of large crowds, the report added.
The degrading inhuman punishment of public flogging In Iran under the mullahs' rule is applied to the bare upper back, the victim either lying face down flat on a bench or standing upright and tied to a post, and sometimes the whole body is whipped down to the ankles.
