Iran-Terrorism: Mullahs' President calls for Crusader War |

 NCRI, October 27 - Speaking at a seminar entitled “World without
Zionism,” yesterday, the mullahs' President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad beat
the drums of war against the international community. He said, "There
continues a historic war between the World Arrogance and the Islamic
world, the roots of which go back hundreds of years. In this historic
war the battle grounds have shifted many times. On some occasions, the
Muslims had the upper hand and advanced. Regrettably, in the past three
hundred years, the Islamic World has been on the retreat in the face of
the World Arrogance."
"Some wonder whether there would come a day when one would see a world
without the United States and Zionism”, he said, adding, “This slogan
and goal is one which is attainable and could definitely be realized”.
“Our dear Imam [Khomeini] ordered that the occupying regime in
Jerusalem be wiped off the face of the earth. This was a very wise
statement. The issue of Palestine is not one which we could compromise
on," Ahmadinejad stressed.
He threatened other Islamic states with terrorism, saying, "I warn the
heads of all nations of the Islamic world to beware of this trap. If
some, who are under pressure by the dominating powers, follow a
misguided policy or are naïve, or selfish or have earthly desires,
recognize this regime (Israel), they should know that they would be
burnt in the fire of the Islamic Ummah (Nation) and will bear an
eternal stigma on their foreheads”.
At the same time, Ahmadinejad voiced his indignation and frustration
over the growing credibility of the Iranian Resistance among the
elected representatives of the American people. "In the streets of
Tehran, terrorist groups were murdering the people. Now, they freely
come to Congress and your government and you pay for them, while you
are claiming to defend human rights," he complained.
The Iranian Resistance's President, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, described
today's remarks by the mullahs' President as an incitement to a
Crusader War on the world community. "From the onset of Ahmadinejad's
Presidency, which consolidated the rule of one faction on all levers of
power, the Iranian Resistance warned that the mullahs had made the
decision to step up suppression of the Iranian people and their war
against the international community. And the world in now witness to
this fact," Mrs. Rajavi said.
She added, "I again declare that the third option, namely democratic
change through the Iranian people and Resistance, is the only serious
option in dealing with the mullahs' unbridled dictatorship, which is
not only the enemy of the Iranian people but also the enemy of peace,
democracy and humanity."
Addressing the European Union, Mrs. Rajavi said the time had come to
remove the terror label on the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran
and end the restrictions and pressures exerted on the Mojahedin and the
Iranian Resistance which are the only parties that can challenge the
mullahs and are the key to ridding the region of the hydra of terrorism
and fundamentalism."
Mrs. Rajavi described Ahmadinejad's attack on the Mojahedin and the
Iranian Resistance as a clear indication of the seriousness and
righteousness of the third option and as the Achilles heel of the
monster of fundamentalism."I say to a regime that was claiming until a
few months ago that it was Iraq that financed the Iranian Resistance,
and now claims that the U.S. and Israel are financing it, that we
neither want money nor weapons from anyone. We only say to the world,
remove the terror label and return the Iranian Resistance's confiscated
properties and assets! This would suffice for us and our nation," she
added.
