Active ImageNCRI - Following Friday's elections, the mullahs' Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and his president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a crisscross message unveiled their ominous intentions for the preset elections as a means to expedite the development of nuclear weapons.

"The history making Iranian people, demonstrated their intelligence and determination to defend their identity, goals and ideals and all their rights especially pursuing nuclear energy," said Ahmadinejad in a message to Khamenei.

Khamenei replied his message and said, "With your aspiration and awareness, another time all satanic plots ranging from issuing resolution (at the United Nations), boycotting election, inviting foreign observers to interfere in the people's rights and life, sabotage against the country's management, frightening the people from enemy's attack, accusation about unhealthy election, to discourage people as well as satanic propaganda about prediction on youngsters not participating in the election, all and all have been foiled," reported the official news agency IRNA on Saturday.

On Friday, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, said that Khamenei and Ahmadinejad, with their widespread vote rigging which they called it "electoral engineering," were trying to cleanse the future Majlis from their adversaries. This was in hope of obtaining nuclear weapons, devouring Iraq and export of terrorism and fundamentalism to the region without an internal obstacle.

On Saturday, Mostafa Pourmohammadi mullahs' Interior Minister announced that at least 71 percent of the parliamentary seats have been won by Khamenei's faction.
