Sample ImageNCRI - Brig. Gen. Esmail Ahmadi-Moqadam chief of the State Security Force (SSF) -- the suppressive police – announced new "plans" in the year ahead, the state television reported on Monday.

He stressed on the need for more undercover police tactics to control the public and said, "It is not possible in a society that has the habit of 'seeing is believing' to change that attitude over night. It takes time to move from a completely open police presence to undercover policing. We will do it step by step. However, we move in the direction of more undercover surveillance... We have to first develop the frame work for under cover policing such as surveillance cameras, GPS's, and other techniques."

The mullahs' inhuman regime has realized that measures such as street beatings and arrests of women and youths are futile and ineffective in combating social unrests. Therefore, it has now turned to under cover surveillance to control the volatile state of the public in Iran.
