Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, offered her condolences to the people of Afghanistan over the loss of precious lives in tragic landslide in that country.

"Loss of lives of more than 2,500 citizens of our brotherly nation and neighboring country Afghanistan has deeply saddened the people of Iran and the Iranian Resistance," she said.

"With my most sincere sympathy to the families of victims of the tragic landslide in Badakhshan province, I wish hem patience and good health," she added.
