NCRI - Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the Iranian Resistance is in Geneva today attending an international conference at the United Nations' European Headquarters.
In her speech Mrs. Rajavi emphasized that in view of new developments in Iraq, the United States must honor its commitments to safety and security of Camp Liberty residents in that country.
Mrs. Rajavi called on the world community to not tolerate the regime’s human rights abuses, not abandon the issue of human rights during nuclear talks and not delay the referral of the regime’s human rights dossier to the UN Security Council any longer.
Prior to attending the conference Mrs Rajavi accompanied by many dignitaries visited a large exhibition outside UN Headquarters.
She paid tribute to martyrs of 1988 massacre of the political prisoners in Iran and innocent victims of massacre in Camp Ashraf, Syria, Iraq and Palestine.
