Berlin’s Solidarity with the International Movement to Obtain Justice for the Victims of the 1988 Massacre in Iran.

NCRI – On Saturday September 24, a gathering was held in Brandenburg Square in Berlin by the Iranian Exiles Community during which the representative and some members of the National Council of resistance of Iran (NCRI) in Germany gave their speech.

The participants in this rally, which coincided with the reopening of schools in Iran, while paying tribute to thirty thousand massacred prisoners in 1988,  most of whom were students and teachers, stressed the main demands of the justice-seeking movement announced by Mrs. Rajavi,

The demonstrators announced: “This movement will continue until it achieves its final goal, namely overthrowing the Iranian regime and putting all the perpetrators of this shocking massacre on trial.”

Participants in the gathering also asked German government and Angela Merkel to avoid inviting and receiving the Iranian regime’s President “Hassan Rouhani” as he is one of the regime’s leaders who since taking power, has taken part in all the regime’s crimes.

After announcing the schedule, “Masoumeh Boloorchi”, NCRI’s representative in Germany, gave her speech in which she said: “We begin our today’s demonstration with greetings to all the student girls and boys and all the struggling teachers who said ‘NO’ to Vilayat-e-Faqih Regime (the guardianship of the Islamic jurist). They taught a freedom lesson to all the generations by sacrificing their lives for their ideal, ‘freedom’.”

We hereby announce that Rouhani is not the representative of Iranian people, but the representative of the executioners who are ruling Iran.

We ask the German government that their relations with Iran be conditional on Iran’s stopping the executions and releasing political prisoners,  and that Germany respect Iranian people’s struggle to overthrow this regime and achieve freedom.
