Iran: 12 million people suffer from hunger - Minister

Some 12 million Iranians are living in poverty according to a senior official of the Iranian regime. This is their first public admission to extensive hunger in the oil rich country.

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs said poverty is assessed based on the three indices of revenue, appropriate health and education services, reported the state-run Mehr news agency on December 5.

Joe Biden: There is a "less than even shot" of a nuclear deal with Iran

Speaking at Brookings Institution forum on the Middle East, U.S. Vice President Joe Biden said on Saturday there was a "less than even shot" of a nuclear deal with Iran.

“We will not let Iran acquire a nuclear weapon -- period," he said. "End of discussion. Not on our watch."

NCRI - The health of many political prisoners in Iran is deteriorating as the regime continues to torture prisoners by depriving them of access to medical care.

Mr. Mohsen Daneshpour Moqadam, 70, a political prisoner incarcerated in Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison, has recently started to suffer from amnesia.

Iranian regime’s attempt to manipulate French Judiciary denounced

In an attempt to manipulate the French Judiciary, on behalf of a person who died nine years ago, an appeal was presented against a non-suit decision adopted after 13 years of judicial investigation in a case involving Iranian dissidents.

Thirteen years of investigation, especially against some members of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), ended successively in two dismissal decisions in accordance with the prosecutor's submissions.

Iranian Resistance praised for battling regime’s state terrorism

NCRI - The Iranian Resistance has been praised for its work in providing intelligence on Iran's quest for a nuclear bomb, which is one of the biggest threats to world peace, a conference in Paris was told.

Former French domestic intelligence director Yves Bonnet also hailed the courage of Resistance leader Maryam Rajavi for years spent battling the state terrorism perpetrated by the Iranian regime.

In 2015, the Iranian regime income could be reduced to $26 billion

NCRI - Economic experts believe that after the fall of oil prices on the world market, oil revenues of Iran could be reduced to $26 billion in 2015.

Iranian oil was once being sold for $100 to 110 a barrel. Now the price has been reduced to $70 a barrel.
