The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, that the COVID-19 death toll in 547 cities has reached 486,400. In Tehran, the death toll has passed 113,905, Isfahan 33,410, Khuzestan 29,490, West Azerbaijan 18,313, Fars 18,200, Mazandaran 17,730, East Azerbaijan 16,773, Sistan and Baluchestan 13,460, Hormozgan 8,075, Qazvin 5,624, and Zanjan 4,630.
