Iran-UK: Mullahs' disinformation campaign against PMOI condemned in London

Iranians demonstrating in LondonNCRI, London – In frosty weather, dozens of Iranians held a rally outside the British Parliament on Wednesday condemning Iranian regime’s meddling in Iraq.

The demonstrators called on the British government, a member of the coalition forces in Iraq, to intervene immediately to help release of two members of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran who were abducted by agents of the Iranian regime in Iraq.

Iraqi support for PMOINCRI, September 16: Forty-nine Iraqi parties, political and social organizations, and the Council of Iraqi Tribal Sheiks joined some 60 thousand Iraqi citizens to call for urgent action to free the two members of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran abducted last month in Baghdad.

Iran: Australian organization raises alarm over Iranian regime's ploys against PMOI

Bush whose copy was sent to Jalal Talabani, Iraqi President; Ibrahim Al-Jaafari, Iraqi Prime Minister; Hoshyar Zebari, Iraqi Foreign Minister; Tony Blair, British Prime Minister and Zalmay Khalilzad U.S. ambassador to Iraq, the Director of Peace and Justice Center in Australia, Father Claude Mostowik, raised his concerns over Iranian Regime’s meddling in Iraq and its ploys against the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran in that country. Status of Iranian Mojahedin in Iraq should be respected - Swiss Jurist

Iran-Iraq: ICRC urges Iraq, MNF-I to ensure protection of abducted PMOI members

ImageGeneva, September 1– In a letter to relatives of two PMOI members abducted in Iraq, the International Committee of the Red Cross said that it had “made interventions to the relevant authorities of the Iraqi government and of the Multi-national Force – Iraq (MNF-I)”.

The ICRC said the authorities “have been asked to provide any information they possess on the whereabouts of these two persons and were requested to investigate such cases and ensure the protection of the two concerned persons”.

Iran-Iraq: Iraqi jurists condemn abduction of PMOI members, call for government action

Iraqi jurists support PMOINCRI, August 30 - More than a thousand Iraqi lawyers and jurists issued a statement condemning the abduction of two PMOI (People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran) members and holding the Iraqi government accountable for their safety.

At a press conference on Saturday in Baghdad's Qasr al-Arab hotel, the National Association in Defense of Human Rights in Iraq released the declaration of more than 1,000 Iraqi lawyers and jurists from throughout Iraq in condemnation of the abduction of two PMOI members.
