More executions in Iran

More executions in IranNCRI – As unrests in Iran’s northwestern provinces continue and people from other parts of the country express their solidarity with their uprising, the regime is imposing more repression across the country.

In the meantime executions have continued and the state-run media have been reporting of new cases everyday.

According to Aftab-e Yazd state-run daily a man who was identified by his first name, Hamid, has been sentenced to death in Tehran. He is 30 years of age.

Another state-run daily, Sharq, reported yesterday that a man identified as Reza, 37, has been sentenced to death and it has been endorsed by the regime’s supreme court. He is expected to be hanged soon.
