MEK Resistance Units install banners of Maryam Rajavi and Massoud Rajavi in cities of Iran

Feb 2, 2020—Iranian opposition PMOI/MEK Resistance Units install banners of President-elect of the NCRI Maryam Rajavi and Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi in Iran’s cities. They also rejected both tyrants in Iran’s history, the Shah and Khamenei. They say: Down with the tyrant be it the Shah or the leader (Ali khamenei) They also took to graffiti in the cities writing slogans against the regime.

Subsequent to a Ukrainian television station’s airing of the exchange between the Aseman Airlines co-pilot and Tehran airport control tower about the firing of missiles at the Ukrainian airliner on January 8, 2020, today, the Iranian regime’s state media disclosed that the pilots of a Qatar Airways plane nearby had also made the same observations and that the regime’s parliament deputies had been aware of that incident.

Maryam Rajavi: Lengthy Prison Sentences for Political Activists Are Inhuman and Must Be Condemned.

The Iranian regime’s Judiciary in Mashhad, northeast Iran, sentenced eight political activists, to a total of 72 years in prison. They had issued a statement last June, calling for the dismissal of the regime’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei.

Messrs. Hashem Khastar, Abdol Rassoul Mortazavi, Mohammad Nourizad, Mohammad Hossein Sepehri, Hashem Rajai, Mohammad Hossein Pour Gonabadi, and Morteza Qassemi, as well as Mrs. Fatima Sepehri were additionally sentenced to many years of internal exile and banned from leaving the country. A number of them were arrested in Mashhad last August and are currently imprisoned.

Iranian Regime’s Judiciary Uses Drugs to Break Detained Young Protesters.

Iran Human Rights Monitor has received a report from inside Iran indicating a systematic effort by the Iranian Judiciary to addict detained protesters and young people to narcotic drugs. Hedayat Farzadi, the warden of the Greater Tehran Penitentiary (GTP), and his hirelings carry out the Judiciary’s scheme in this prison.

According to an informed source, hundreds of young protesters arrested during Iran protests in November 2019 have been deliberately imprisoned in GTP wards run by thieves and drug dealers hired by the prison authorities.

After the downing of the Ukrainian airliner on Jan. 8 by the IRGC, in Tehran and other Iranian cities, large-scale demonstrations took place against the Iranian regime and its supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, and Hassan Rouhani, the regime’s president and Revolutionary Guards (IRGC). The protesters demanded the overthrow of the regime and the ousting of Khamenei.

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?

Tuesday, February 4, 2020, marks the 82nd day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 724 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
