NCRI - Thousands of Iranians chanted anti-regime slogans, including against the regime's President Hassan Rouhani, in protests in a number of Iranian cities including the north-eastern city of Mashhad on Thursday, December 28.
Mashhad is the second most populous city in Iran and capital of Razavi Khorasan Province. It is located in the northeast of the country, bordering with Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.
NCRI - It is virtually one year that almost on daily basis, we are witnessing demonstrations and protest gathering of thousands of Iranian people in various cities across Iran, against state affiliated financial institutions who have plundered them. On the occasion of International Human Rights Day and on the eve of the Climate Summit in Paris, a demonstration will take place on Monday, 11 December 2017, at Esplanade des Invalides.
The objectives of the demonstration are:
• To protest the grave and flagrant violations of human rights committed by the religious dictatorship of the mullahs in Iran;
• To denounce the destruction of the environment by the institutions in power in Iran, in particular, the industries linked to the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC);
• To denounce the IRGC’s ballistic missile program and bellicose interference in the region.
NCRI - According to reports released on social networks, the Iranian regime's security forces in the province Ilam (west of Iran) violently arrested a number of women in a village who protested confiscation of their agricultural lands by the regime's army.
The reports indicate that security forces detained several women and 50 other detainees after beating and mayhem during the past few years, with the total siege of Al-Jalizi village in Ilam province.
NCRI - A member of Iranian regime’s parliament says that the Supreme National Security Council has issued a resolution calling on the regime’s Radio and TV organization (IRIB) not to broadcast the voices of protesters whose deposits are plundered by financial institutions affiliated to IRGC.
Ali Vafghchi in an interview with state-run ILNA news agency on Wednesday, November 1 stated that the IRIB in the past few days has not broadcasted two of his TV interviews with the depositors whose assets are plundered by IRGC affiliated financial institutions and when he pursued the issue he was told that “the Supreme national Security Council has issued a directive allowing the IRIB to stop broadcasting the voices of protesting depositors.”
NCRI - On November 1, several hundred of retirees gathered in front of the Iranian regime’s Planning and Budget Organization for the third consecutive day.
The retired teachers and educators set up a large table as a sign of their poverty and empty table in front of the budget and plan organization to show their protest while chanting slogans such as “Outcry, Outcry, against so much injustice” and singing “Ey Iran” anthem. They also readout some statements saying that they would continue their protests and plunk out their rights from the usurpers’ mouth.

Thousands of teachers participated in the rally at the invitation of the Coordinating Council of Teacher's Union in Tabriz, Khoramabad, Shahrekord, Mashhad, Gilan, Yazd, and Khuzestan.
