NCRI - The Iranian Resistance movement is in my blood, according to one of its members.

Sahar Gholamali was more or less born into the Resistance; both her parents were imprisoned during the Iranian Regime’s extensive crackdown on political opponents (specifically the Mojahedin (PMOI/MEK)) and their supporters, and her mother gave birth to her in the notorious Evin Prison.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran, PMOI, (the Mujahedin-e Khalq, MEK) held its annual Congress simultaneously in Tirana and five other countries. On the PMOI’s 52nd anniversary, the Congress elected Ms. Zahra Merrikhi as its new Secretary General. Ms. Zohreh Akhyani, the Secretary General since 2011, chaired the Congress.

Major Rally in the Hague Calls for Independent International Inquiry Into 1988 Massacre of Political Prisoners in Iran

NCRI - In a major rally at The Hague, Iranian communities in the Netherlands, Dutch personalities, and international jurists on Saturday, September 2, called upon the Dutch government to take the lead for the establishment of an independent committee to investigate the mass executions of 30,000 political prisoners in Iran in 1988 and to bring those responsible to justice.

NCRI - In response to “the justice seeking Movement for victims of 1988 massacre” and along with the three-day Iranian Resistance Satellite TV ‘Simay Azadi's’ event on the anniversary of the Massacre, state run Basij News writes," The People's Mojahedin of Iran (MEK/PMOI) has organized the maximum propagandas and military activities against the Islamic Republic of Iran."

NCRI - In response to the widespread justice-seeking campaign for the 1988 massacre and the slogan of no to executioner, no to imposter (no to Ibrahim Raisi and no to Hassan Rouhani), the Iranian regime’s Council for Coordinating Propaganda announced that the propaganda against the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) centered around the eighties is at the top of its agenda.

Iran Regime's Senior Mullah: Those Who Massacred MEK Members Must Be Rewarded

NCRI - Ahmad Khatami, a member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts’ Board of Chairs, in reaction to the Iranian opposition, The People's Mujahidin Organization of Iran’s (PMOI/MEK) annual gathering in Paris which was held on July 1st. In Tehran’s Friday prayers ceremony stated:

“… I want to discuss my first preach, and that is the [MEK] rally in France… the sheer fact that they are permitted to hold a rally there is practical support for terrorism…,”.

Solidarity With the Historic Resistance of the People of Iran for Freedom

A number of personalities and delegates paid tribute to a monument of the history of more than half a century of struggle of the people of Iran against tyranny at the residence of Maryam Rajavi, and signed a book in solidarity with the campaign for “Free Iran with 1000 Ashrafs; our goal: regime change.”

NCRI Interim Session

The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) issued a statement reporting its semi-annual session held on July 6th and 7th with President-elect Maryam Rajavi taking part.

The statement reads in part:

Giuliani: The Iranian resistance is a viable alternative to the cleric regime

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), met Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Friday, June 30, at the NCRI headquarters in Auvers-sur-Oise, northwest of Paris.

Mayor Giuliani pointed to the Iranian regime’s malign activities in the region, stressing that the mullahs are the source instability and crisis in the region, and have kept their grip on power in the past 38 years through widespread repression and blatant disregard for human rights at home and the export of extremism and terrorism abroad.
