NCRI - With a new US policy on Iranian regime emerging and a string of attacks by Iran on its allies, Europe is distancing itself from the mullahs’ Regime.
Following the ballistic missile attack against Riyadh International Airport by the Iran-backed Houthis last weekend, British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson condemned the Houthis in a call to Saudi Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman.
NCRI - The chief advisor to Iran regime’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, threatened to “clear” areas in Syria, during a visit to Aleppo, on Wednesday November 8.
According to Iranian state-run Mehr news agency, Ali Akbar Velayati told Iranian-backed militias: “Soon we will see eastern Syria cleared, and then the Idlib area in the west.”
Reuters and AP - French President Emmanuel Macron has expressed concern about Iran's ballistic missile program on Thursday saying it should be restricted either through negotiations or possible sanctions.
Accusing Iran for the missile fired from Yemen and intercepted by Saudi Arabia on Saturday, Macron said, "There are extremely strong concerns about Iran. There are negotiations we need to start on Iran's ballistic missiles."
NCRI - The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, said earlier this week that he was going to remain steadfast with regards to Iran and its belligerence in the Middle East and with regards to its ballistic missile program.
His comments were made at the start of his trip to the United Arab Emirates. The two-day trip was packed with events such as the opening of a new museum. The trip is to end with an economic forum in Dubai and he participated in talks with the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan regarding the geopolitical situation.
NCRI - The Iranian Regime, its Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), and its shady network of terrorist proxy groups across the Middle East pose a grave danger, not only to the region but to the world.
This is not an opinion but a fact. A fact that should be clear to anyone keeping a close eye on the Gulf region.
The ruling mullahs have always been malicious and cruel towards their own people, their neighbouring countries, and the West.
NCRI - Hassan Rouhani, the president of the Iranian Regime, insisted last month that his country would continue to develop ballistic missiles in clear defiance of the latest American sanctions and the UN resolution that surrounds the 2015 nuclear deal between Iran and six world powers.
For those who continue- in spite of all available evidence- to see Rouhani as a “moderate” leader who should be supported against the Regime’s “hardliners”, this will be disappointing and perhaps confusing.
NCRI - Donald Trump notified Congress, on Monday, November 6, that he would be extending the National Emergency with Respect to Iran that has been ongoing since the 1979 hostage crisis.
In the formal notice, Trump wrote: “Our relations with Iran have not yet normalized, and the process of implementing the agreements with Iran, dated January 19, 1981, is ongoing. For this reason, the national emergency declared on November 14, 1979, and the measures adopted on that date to deal with that emergency must continue in effect beyond November 14 2017.”
NCRI - The consequences of the terrorist listings of the Iranian regime’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA) law and the new sanctions have led to the panic of the Iranian regime.
The state-run Basirat site wrote on November 4: “A group of domestic and foreign media, after the announcement of the CAATSA, tried to show that the sanctions are limited to the sanctions against the IRGC or sanctions against the missile program, whereas the sanctions not only involve the IRGC but also all mechanisms related to our military institutions are involved with two intermediaries.”
NCRI - Following the resignation of the Lebanese Prime Minister, who was protesting the interference of the Iranian regime in Lebanon and the Arab countries, the regime was caught in surprise. One can easily observe the Iranian regime’s worries and fearful reactions in their officials and media stands regarding international and regional confrontation against the regime following resignation of Lebanon’s PM.
