NCRI - The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) told Iran on Thursday that it was risking the nuclear deal with the West by yet again exceeding the limit placed on a sensitive material, heavy water, Reuters reported.
The Board of Governors meeting in Vienna also saw the U.S. and Iran clash over the issue in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). The International Atomic Energy Agency said last week that Iran's regime had stockpiled slightly more than the allowable 130 metric tons of heavy water. Spent fuel can be taken from the heavy water to produce plutonium for a nuclear weapon.
Fox News has reported that Iran has violated a term of the nuclear deal regarding the country’s heavy water stockpile limit. The information was confirmed in a confidential report by the United Nations’ atomic watchdog on Wednesday which was the same day that Iran demanded the U.S. sticks to the nuclear deal.
The Associated Press saw the report just after the announcement that Donald Trump won the U.S. election when the Iranian regime warned the U.S. about honouring their side of the deal. Trump had previously said that the nuclear agreement was “the worst deal ever negotiated”.
NCRI - Discussing with Fox News the Iranian regime's execution of the nuclear scientist, Shahram Amiri, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, said that the claim by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) that Amiri's death was a response to "unprecedented defections within its own ranks" needed to be taken "very seriously" by the U.S. intelligence services.
The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), commonly known as the Iran nuclear deal, was signed in Vienna on July 14, 2015. It was widely promoted by U.S. and EU officials as a foreign policy breakthrough, although much of the detail was kept under wraps. Only now is the true picture beginning to emerge and it makes for disturbing reading, writes former European lawmaker Struan Stevenson.

Two days before the anniversary of the nuclear agreement between the Iranian regime and world powers, Tehran attempted to launch a new type of ballistic missile using North Korean technology, Fox News reported on Friday, citing multiple intelligence officials.
The test, in violation of a United Nations resolution, failed shortly after liftoff when the missile exploded, sources said. The effort occurred on the evening of July 11-12 near the Iranian city of Saman, an hour west of Isfahan, where the Iranian regime has conducted similar ballistic missile tests in the past.
