Acknowledging Unemployment of 20,000 PhD Students in Iran

NCRI - According to Iran’s head of Azad University, there are currently 20,000 unemployed PhD students in the country.

While speaking in Hamedan, Farhad Rahbar said “today, there are 47,000 PhD students in the country, of whom 20,000 are unemployed”, according to the terrorist Quds Force’s Tasnim news agency.

The reason for the loss of these people is the ignoring and inattention of the Iranian regime officials to the catastrophic situation of the earthquake victims. The lives of a number other people in this area are also at risk.

Minister of Health: 2000 Deaths Annually Due to Work-Related Accidents in Iran

NCRI - The Iranian regime’s minister of health announced that 2000 workers die annually due to work-related accidents in Iran and 40 percent of the workshops in the country do not provide necessary safety for the workers.

According to the state-run ISNA news agency, Seyd Hassan Hashemi in the annual meeting of the safe societies held in Razi conference centre stated: “The occurrence of some incidents such as the Plasco, traffic accidents and... are the symbols of the inefficiencies accumulated over decades and today are causing many deaths and disabilities in the country.”

Iran’s Water Crisis Is Regime’s Doing

NCRI - Water is one of the most basic human needs, so it is no surprise that water crises can lead to unrest and uprisings across the world.

In December, a panel of retired US military officials warned that water stress- defined as a shortage of fresh water- would be “a growing factor in the world’s hot spots and conflict areas”.
