NCRI - Secretary of the Iranian regime’s so-called ‘Assembly of Islamic Revolution’s Educated Women’ claimed that “in hot climate regions, some (girls) may be well prepared to marry at 13 or even lower, and they may fall into corruption unless they get married.”

Iran Regime Approved Saudi Embassy Attack, Mastermind Claims in Leaked Audio - Al-Arabiya

The mastermind of the Saudi embassy attack in Iran, which took place in January this year, has confessed that the attack was carried out after the Iranian government and leaders gave him a green light, Al-Arabiya.net reported on Sunday.

The report said: "The confession was revealed in an audio recording which was leaked recently. It also explains why authorities in Iran have delayed the trial of those who carried out the attack and why charges were dropped during kangaroo courts."

Iran Regime Agents Prevent a 7-Year-Old Girl From Entering Football Stadium

NCRI - During a football match between two Iranian premier league teams, Esteghlal (of Tehran) and Tractor Sazi (of Tabriz), on Friday December 9, the Iranian regime’s security agents prevented entry of a 7-year-old girl to Azadi Stadium where the match was held. The girl and her father came to Tehran from Shabestar, a city in East Azerbaijan Province, in order to watch the game closely.

NCRI - Minoo Aslani in charge of women’s branch of ‘Basij’ paramilitary force, stated: Iran regime’s commitment to the United Nations for the realization of "gender equality" is "unconstitutional"! and has asked the judiciary to deal with these efforts.

Shocking News: In Iran the Age of Runaway Girls Is Reduced to Nine!

NCRI - According to Shargh newspaper on November 17, the age of prostitute girls has been decreased to 16 while the age of girls running away from home has been reduced to nine.

Speaking at Tehran University of Social Sciences, the Director of Iranian Psychiatric Association’s Department of Social Issues and Harms, Dr. Bokharaee has stated that ”factors such as poverty, addiction of wife or husband, forced marriage and men’s diversity-seeking attitude and in some cases the oversupply of prostitution along with little marriage opportunities may be regarded as the causes of prostitution”, according to Shargh newspaper.

Iran: A Woman Was Acid-Attacked Twice

NCRI - A middle-aged woman in Qazvin (Northwestern Iran) was hospitalized after being attacked with acid.

The woman had referred to the court a week earlier, stating that she had been attacked in the face with acid. Her complaint, however, did not bring about any judicial action by the regime’s judiciary, until she was acid-attacked for a second time.

Iran: Political Prisoners Support 1988 Massacre Lawsuit (by Maryam Akbari Monfared)

NCRI - A number of political prisoners in Gohardasht Prison (West Terhran) prison in an open letter supported Maryam Akabari Monfared’s request and lawsuit for the families of the victims of 1988 massacre in Iran. The political prisoners also condemned the pressure by prison officials against her.

It should be noted that the political prisoner, Maryam Akbari Monfared, is the first survivor of the 1988 massacre of 30,000 political prisoners to seek justice for her family members, who lost their lives during the massacre, by filing an official complaint with Iranian regime’s Judiciary for an investigation. Iran Regime Prevents Treatment of a Female Political Prisoner

NCRI - According to reports, Iranian regime officials prevented treatment of political prisoner Lavin Karimi in Hamedan prison. This university student, who has developed stomach problems due to severe torture inflicted on her during interrogation, is now suffering from stomach bleeding. Prison doctors have emphasized that she has to receive medical treatment immediately but one of the torturers, called Rajabi, has told Lavin that the Intelligence Ministry does not allow her out of prison and the prison cannot do anything.
