The Iranian Resistance condemns the bombings this morning outside the offices of two British firms in Tehran. The explosions a few hours after the mullahs started up work at Isfahan's nuclear facility was a dirty and transparent attempt at blackmail by Tehran in a bid to extract even more concessions from the European Union. They were also designed to force the EU into retreat in the face of the mullahs' intransigence regarding its nuclear weapons program.
"Appointing a Revolutionary Guardsman as President reflected the decision by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to consolidate his position in a bid to confront incurable domestic crises, increasing international pressure, stepped-up meddling in Iraq and efforts to procure nuclear weapons." "The three parameters indispensable to the regime's survival, namely internal suppression, dominating Iraq and acquiring the nuclear bomb, are intertwined with the ascension of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps,"
In a telegram to the Egyptian President this morning, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, offered her condolences to the “brother nation of Egypt” on the death of, and injury to, a large number of Egyptian and foreign nationals during the bombings in Sharm al-Sheikh last night. She prayed for patience for the families of those killed and quick recovery for those injured.
In its lead article yesterday, entitled, “Don’t threaten us with the Security Council,” the daily Kayhan, controlled by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and close to mullahs’ new president, wrote brazenly that under no circumstances would the regime abandon “using nuclear fuel cycle technology.”
Mrs. Rajavi underscored that Islamic fundamentalism and the terrorism emanating from it constituted the biggest threat to peace and tranquility in world today.
