Mohammad Davoudzadeh Lului, 39, a Ministry of Intelligence officer has been serving Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence (MOIS) since 10 years ago. He was arrested at the Göteborg airport in Sweden on October 21, 2018, at the request of the Danish government when he returned from Iran. He was under prosecution for participating in a terrorist plot against Iranian Arab citizens in Denmark.

In his remarks on November 4, Mohammad Ali Jafari, the Commander of the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), underscored that taking over the US Embassy and hostage taking of American diplomats was pre-planned and totally approved by Khamenei. He stressed if this had not taken place, the regime would have been overthrown in the first decade of its tenure.

The state Supreme Court in Bamberg, Germany, agreed to extradition of the clerical regime’s diplomat Assadollah Assadi to Belgium. The court's statement reiterated: "All extradition conditions have been met and there are no barriers to extradition." The accused cannot "invoke diplomatic immunity" and "the continuation of the extradition proceedings is the responsibility of the general prosecutor in Bamberg."
