The government respects Islamic beliefs and rituals regarding their burial, and is ready to provide any necessary supplies and help carry out the burial ceremony.\u201d Two days later, the Iraqi forces officially opposed the burial of the martyrs in Pearl Cemetery. Agence France Presse cited an \u201can official at Baquba Operations Command in Diyala province\u201d as saying: &#8216;The cemetery is under the control of the Iraqi army, so if the mujahedeen come to bury their dead, there will be disputes.\u201d He added, \u201c&#8217;We have already asked them to bury the corpses outside the cemetery, but inside Camp Ashraf.\u201d (Agence France Presse, 17 April 2011)<\/p>\n<p>This is only a reminder of the methods of the Iranian regime\u2019s bloodthirsty Revolutionary Guards who fear even the PMOI\u2019s corpses.<\/p>\n<p>The families of many martyrs inside Iran have been forced to bury their executed loved ones in their own backyards. Also, on 28 December 2011 following the execution of PMOI hero Ali Saremi, the most senior political prisoner with 24 years in prison, the Iranian regime\u2019s henchmen secretly transferred his corpse from Tehran to a village near the city of Boroujerd and buried him there.<\/p>\n<p>The Iranian Resistance strongly condemns these wicked measures with the bodies of the martyrs carried out on the Maliki\u2019s orders.<\/p>\n<p>These are flagrant violations of international laws, conventions and covenants.
