This is a 5-billion-dollar megaproject signed by Chinese CNPCI to develop Phase 11 of Southern Pars Field.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, this Asian company, despite several rounds of negotiations with Iran\u2019s National Oil Company, should have established its support offices in Asalouyeh but has done nothing so far.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this, huge companies like Total and Shell had restrained themselves from investing in this project due to international embargo against the regime of Iran.
