She emphasized that the Spanish court ruling, in which prime minister Nouri al-Maliki and a number of his commanders were summoned to court on charges of committing war crime in camp Ashraf, indicates a critical situation in this camp; Iraq for all website reported on 13 August.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0In a special remarks al Nafitci said: As everyone knows, the presence of Ashraf residents (in Iraq) is legal, and we think that makes everybody to respect them. Depriving them is unjustifiable, even if we disagree with their ideas and positions, she\u00a0 added.<\/p>\n<p>She\u00a0 continued: Human rights should include all human beings in Iraq, whether Iraqi or foreigner, because it shows a good face of Iraq.
