However, instead of imposition of sanctions and firmness, the international community has offered this medieval regime both time and necessary resources to complete its nuclear projects by negotiating with this regime and offering it incentives.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>She added that the mullahs, who are frightened that their regional front is collapsing due to uprisings in the region and are also afraid of growing popular uprising in Iran, find themselves more than ever in need of nuclear bomb to guarantee their being in power.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>In order to expedite its nuclear projects, the Iranian regime has gathered all its nuclear experts since six months ago in an institution by the name of New Defense Researches Organization (Sepand) headed by Fakhri-Zadeh.
