By a complete oil embargo against this regime, the most important source for financing mullahs&#8217; regime drive for nuclear bomb, suppression, weapons of mass destruction and support for international terrorism must be cut.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sanctions against this regime are necessary but are not a response to nuclear bomb. The only way to ensure international peace and security is the overthrow of this regime and to have a democratic non-nuclear Iran. <br \/>\u00a0<br \/>According to the bill signed Saturday night, December 31, 2011, by the US President, the US government can punish foreign financial institutions who deal with the Iran&#8217;s Central Bank. A significant portion of oil revenue is channeled through the Central Bank. The Bank plays an important role to facilitate the Iranian Revolutionary Guards&#8217; (IRGC) access to international currencies.
