{"id":11899,"date":"2012-04-25T19:26:00","date_gmt":"2012-04-25T18:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/multimedia\/ashraf-liberty\/11899-aggression-of-armed-iraqi-vehicle-to-three-of-liberty-residents-at-residential-area"},"modified":"2023-01-14T04:06:21","modified_gmt":"2023-01-14T03:06:21","slug":"aggression-of-armed-iraqi-vehicle-to-three-of-liberty-residents-at-residential-area","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/ncri-statements\/statement-ashraf-liberty\/aggression-of-armed-iraqi-vehicle-to-three-of-liberty-residents-at-residential-area\/","title":{"rendered":"Aggression of armed Iraqi vehicle to three of Liberty residents at residential area"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"shirokhorshid-golden-100\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-38774\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2012\/04\/shirokhorshid-golden-100.jpg\" border=\"0\" style=\"margin: 5px;float: left\" width=\"143\" height=\"114\" \/>Camp Liberty &#8211; No. 27<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NCRI &#8211; In a brazen violation of agreements with the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General (SRSG) -Martin Kobler&#8217;s March 16, 2012 letter-, in a provocative and utterly anti-humane act, at 10 AM on Wednesday, April 25, a vehicle of Iraqi armed forces, in its way inside the residential section 4 hit three of Liberty residents.\u00a0 As a result, three members of the People&#8217;s Mojahedin Organization of Iran, Mehdi Kamali, Morteza Qare-Ughlan, and Hamzeh Qaderi were injured.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Iraqi vehicle had entered the residential section unlawfully with a crane to remove the T-walls that are protective shields of the residential quarters against explosions and mortar attacks and met with the residents&#8217; protest for that matter.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>According to the SRSG\u2019s letter of March 16, police patrol should only be along the main road of the camp and its number will be agreed upon in the daily management meetings.<\/p>\n<p>In protest to this aggression, one of the residents, Mr Morteza Qare-Ughlan, lied down on the ground to stop the police vehicle.
