This matter demands immediate actions by the United States, the European Union, the Secretary-General, the High Commissioner for Refugees, and the High Commissioner for Human Rights.\u201d<br \/>Iranian Resistance strongly calls on the UN Security Council to consider as basis the two specialized reports adopted by the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention of the Human Rights Council, instead of the extremely biased and void of reality remarks by Martin Kobler on November 29 to the UNSC against the defenseless refugees in Ashraf and Liberty.<br \/>In its statement of 30 November 2012, The Secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran declared Kobler\u2019s shameful speech in the Security Council as \u201cdisruption and sabotage in the talks and agreements to sell Ashraf residents\u2019 property, along with concealing the truth and evident lies, and violation of the refugees\u2019 rights in order to secure the interests of the religious fascism ruling Iran and
