The first priority of the police is to have a secure election, and will cooperate with other agencies to ensure there are no problems.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Therefore, we ask the candidates to not create tensions, insult each other or cause destruction.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He added: &#8220;If a candidate and his supporters want to run a carnival campaign, they need permission.
