Al-Amara province is under extensive influence and control of the terrorist Qods Force.<\/p>\n<p>On September 1, Iraqi forces transferred the arrestees via a route that is completely under control of Iraqi forces with two vehicles that belong to residents to the other side of Ashraf\u2019s Northern berm that since 2011 has been under occupation of Iraqi forces. Then changing vehicles they transferred the hostages to Baghdad. Prior to their transfer to al-Amara, hostages were under control of Head of the Office of Commander in Chief of Armed forces in the Prime Ministry and were kept at a location near Baghdad airport.<\/p>\n<p>Hostages are all \u2018protected persons\u2019 under the Fourth Geneva Convention and as stipulated by the High Commissioner for Refugees are asylum-seekers and \u2018people of concern\u2019 who are entitled to international protection.<\/p>\n<p>The Iranian Resistance calls on U.S. President, Secretary of State, the UN Secretary General, and the High Commissioner for Refugees with direct responsibility for the security of the hostages to urgently intervene to prevent extradition of hostages by Iraqi government to the mullahs\u2019 regime and to secure their
