NCRI – The factional feuding within the clerical regime in Iran is intensifying. Hashemi Rafsanjani , the chairman of the Expediency Council and chief rival to Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader of the regime, attacked the latter indirectly by describing the state-run TV under the control of Supreme Leader as a “censorship box.”<\/p>\n

According to the daily Bahar during a trip to Kermanshah on October 15, Rafsanjani said: “The people no longer listen to the media which became a censorship box.”<\/p>\n

Reminding the current situation in Iran , the former president of the Iranian regime has warned that “the apparent calm ( in Iran ) will not last long.”<\/p>\n

Referring to the policy of Khamenei, Rafsanjani added: ” In today’s world, no liar will succeed.”<\/p>\n
