On January 7, the clerical regime hanged four prisoners in Qazvin and Gachsaran. The youth executed in Gachsaran was a 24 year old from Kohkiloyeh and Boyerahmad province. Three days earlier, a prisoner had also been executed in the prison of city of Sari.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, on January 8, at least two prisoners were transferred to solitary confinement in Bandar Abbas prison in preparation for their executions.<\/p>\n
On January 5, fifty-nine people were arrested in the city of Mashhad. Three prisoners in Dehdasht Township (in Kohkiloyeh and Boyerahmad province) were lashed in public in the previous days.<\/p>\n
On Saturday night of January 4, security forces shot and killed a 26 year old by the name of Salman Khezri in Sardasht; then they tied his body to the vehicle and pulled his body on the ground for 2 kilometers.<\/p>\n
Two days earlier, two other young men lost their lives after they were shot by the security forces in cities of Saqez and Islamabad. Kaveh Mostafai, 24, resident of Saqez, was shot and killed merely for arguing with the security forces. Pouria Assadi, 30, resident of Islamabad-e Gharb in Kermanshah province was shot in one of the streets of the city by regime\u2019s suppressive forces and lost his life. Although the murderer of this young man is known, regime has not pursued the complaint by Assadi\u2019s family. Ramiyar Ebrahimi, a poor laborer who worked in Sardasht (Western Azerbaijan) was also shot last week by regime\u2019s elements and is in a coma now.<\/p>\n
These executions and this barbaric suppression that are concurrent with Jack Straw\u2019s trip as a supporter of the dirtiest policies of the religious fascism ruling Iran, is mullahs\u2019 regime welcome to those who advance the disgraceful policy of appeasement by whitewashing the murderers of children of Iranian people. The deafening silence of a number of western countries in face of barbaric and continuous violation of human rights in Iran and shaking hands with murderers of Iranian people\u2019s children has no meaning but collaboration in these crimes.<\/p>\n
