The state-run ISNA news agency reported that after waiting to receive visa for several months no one in Tehran knows about the reason.<\/p>\n<p>A U.S. State Department spokesperson told Washington post on March 11: \u201cThe Immigration and Nationality Act prohibits us from disclosing details of individual visa cases.
