The former US ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, in an interview on Fox News Channel, said that the violence affecting Yemen and the death of Saudi King Abdullah is causing a \u201cdescent into chaos\u201d.<\/p>\n
He goes on to explain that the fact that the US is walking away from the Middle East it is just another step towards chaos.<\/p>\n
The situation in Iran is of particular concern to Bolton. In his interview with Greta Van Susteren, he explains that the news of Iran building a missile that will reach further than Europe is further aggravating the existing problems.<\/p>\n
He expresses his unease about the appeasement policy President Obama has been pursuing towards Iran.<\/p>\n
This is an absolute disaster. It’s a policy of appeasement that president Obama has pursued vis-a-vis the Iranians and the nuclear weapons program,” he said. “And you will see the fruit of appeasement in short order if we sign this deal.”<\/p>\n
