NCRI \u2013 The following is an English translation of an infographic published on the website of the Iranian regime\u2019s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei spelling out his \u2018red lines\u2019 in nuclear negotiations with the world powers. Though the regime can never be trusted in what it says, nevertheless we have decided to publish a translation of the text, since these red lines are very telling about the covert military aspects of the regime\u2019s nuclear program.<\/p>\n

Khamenei: \u201cWhat we say in public meetings about our red lines in negotiations are exactly the same as what we say to our friends, the officials and the negotiating team; they are all the same.\u201d
Sanctions and commitments<\/strong>
1. Immediate lifting of economic, financial and banking sanctions at the time of signing the agreement and other sanctions at reasonable intervals.
2. The agreement must be clear and not subject to interpretation.
3. Not accepting irreversible commitments.
4. Lifting of sanctions must not be subject to Iran\u2019s commitments.<\/p>\n
5. Iran\u2019s support for Islamic resistance must not be undermined.
6. Negotiation must take place at the level of foreign ministers.
7. Negotiation must only focus on the nuclear issue.
8. Maintaining Iranian nation\u2019s pride and not accepting imposition, force, humiliation and intimidation.<\/p>\n
9. Not accepting interviews with the Iranian personalities and scientists.
10. Not accepting any measure subject to IAEA\u2019s report.
11. Not accepting non-conventional monitoring and inspections.
12. Not turning IAEA\u2019s relation with Iran to an unconventional one.<\/p>\n
13. Defense development of the country must not be hindered.
14. Prevent enemy from infiltrating into country\u2019s defense domain under the pretext of monitoring.<\/p>\n
15. Keep intact installations that the enemy would not be able to destroy, such as Fordow.
16. Fulfilment of future needs in enrichment area: 190,000 centrifuges.
17. Nuclear achievements must not be closed.
18. Not accepting long term limitations.
