NCRI – Two young Balouchi workers by the names of Molabakhsh Abbas Zehi, 25, and Naim Abbas Zehi, 23, were killed under torture on July 2 just three hours after their arrest by the Iranian regime\u2019s Intelligence in Chabahar. These two laborers were from deprived families and had gone to work in Shiraz to earn a living. On their return to Chabahar they were arrested by regime\u2019s intelligence agents while fasting. Two other brothers of Naim Abbas Zehi by the names of Shahjan and Cheragh are political prisoners in Zahedan prison.<\/p>\n
The Iranian Resistance offers its condolences to the families of Molahbakhsh Abbas Zehi and Naim Abbas Zehi, as well as to all Balouchi compatriots, and emphasizes that the unjust spilling of blood of these innocent young men will surely inflame the popular wrath against the religious fascism ruling Iran and will topple this regime. The Iranian Resistance calls on all compatriots, especially the Balouchi youth, to rise up in support and solidarity with the families of Iranian regime\u2019s victims and in particular those who are executed and prisoners.<\/p>\n
Regime\u2019s henchmen who were looking to cover up the murder of these two deprived workers transferred their corpses to Chabahar Hospital and despite the fact that signs of torture were evident on the bodies told their families that their children had died of heart attack.<\/p>\n
Barbaric tortures to extract information or forced confessions is common in the prisons of the Iranian regime. The appalling martyrdom of worker and web logger Sattar Beheshti and the Iranian-Canadian reporter Zahra Kazemi are examples of this.<\/p>\n
The Iranian Resistance calls on the Secretary-General, the Human Rights Council, the human rights Rapporteurs, and other pertinent UN bodies, as well as human rights defenders and institutions the world throughout, to unequivocally condemn these atrocities and to dispatch fact-finding missions to investigate the murder of these two Balouchi Sunnis and similar crimes that have been constantly on the rise with the expansion of repression.<\/p>\n
