He said, &#8220;Prisoners will spend a month in the newly installed detention centers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Karimi-Rad admitted to the fact that prisons were overloaded and said, &#8220;There are more than 146,000 inmates in the country&#8217;s prisons.
