They strongly condemned human rights violations in Iran and the rising number of executions, particularly execution of political prisoners and mullahs&#8217; terrorist meddling in Iraq. Iranian communities called on international bodies to safeguard the rights of the PMOI in Ashraf City in Iraq and reiterated that the members of the Iranian Mojahedin are considered as &#8220;protected persons&#8221; under the Fourth Geneva Convention. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Bonn-UN-rally\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-29622\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2006\/08\/Bonn-UN-rally.jpg\" width=\"200\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/08\/Bonn-UN-rally.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/08\/Bonn-UN-rally-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/08\/Bonn-UN-rally-160x120.jpg 160w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>At the end of the rally a delegation representing the participants delivered a statement to the UN office which was signed by all in this protest gathering. In their statement, they once again underlined the status of the PMOI in Iraq and called on the world body to act immediately to counter conspiracies by the Iranian regime against its main opposition.
